Items purchased in store are final sale.
If you wish to exchange an online order, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order and must be shipped back within 7 days.
Most items may ship with an attached security tag. Merchandise returned without the original security tag or a damaged security tag may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and merchandise must have all tags attached. All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered. This includes no odors such as smoke or perfume, no alterations of any kind and no split seams. We photograph and document condition at the time of packing in order to verify return condition.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied or the COD amount may be deducted from your exchange.
